How much does specialist cleaning cost?
The price depends on the floor area, the level of clutter, the volume to be removed, the presence of health risks, the need for disinfection or decontamination, odour treatment and how accessible the property is.
A single cluttered room is not the same job as an entire house in an unsanitary state, or as a sanitary intervention after a death. That is why we do not quote over the phone without seeing the property or photographs.
